Can't just carelessly upload full songs since they take up 3-5mb. It really isn't good if new players spends most of their time downloading so many files.

also america was pulled by demand that song was to long and we had to many complaints about it thats why there is a sorter version up now the same has been happening to sax spam

i can cut an admin ver. of sax that is a few more measures? possibly at a lower bitrate so it won't be a huge file.
also,
i know there's no huge need for CnB battle cry sounds, but I saw Patton Oswalt's standup and thought of doing this. enjoi (cnbout.mp3)

One thing to take into account is that too many saysounds is bad :/
1. Adds more bandwidth requirements from clients that connects which equals more time for them to load into the server along with the CRC check the server does due to checking sv_pure settings.
2. More sounds requires more memory from the plugin that handles the sounds and keeps tracks of everyone's use.
3. So many sounds that are rarely used anymore which makes the built in list hard to browse.
